RTTN Campus Media Coordinator

Position Overview: Responsible for creating, managing, and editing multimedia content for online platforms, coordinating live streaming and service setups, and maintaining communication and organizational tasks for the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and participate in team and campus meetings

  • Create and manage video thumbnails and content for social media platforms

  • Transfer, edit, and upload sermon footage and podcast content

  • Edit and trim live-streamed services

  • Prepare and manage live streaming for prayer sessions and weekly services

  • Create and schedule graphics for various events

  • Finalize service plans and set up necessary equipment

  • Update display content and manage digital resources

  • Schedule volunteer teams in Planning Center

  • Bi-Weekly Expense Reports

  • Maintain team communication and manage supplies

Qualifications:

  • Experience in multimedia content creation and editing

  • Familiarity with live streaming setups and equipment

  • Knowledgeable in ProPresenter 7

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
